How do I make a hotel booking?

How do I pay for the accommodation?

Upon checking-in, accommodation fees will be charged to the credit card used when you made your booking with us.

When will cancellation fees apply?

Cancellation Fees will be charged on the following occasions:
Cancellation made:
On the Day or No Show - 100%
1 Day Prior - 80%
2 Days Prior - 50%
3 Days Prior - 30%

What are your policies concerning children?

Children 4 years and over will be charged the same rate as adults. Up to 1 child up to the age of 3 can per room stay free of cost.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is between 15:00-23:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am. We do not accept check-ins or check-outs outside the designated times.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before and after check-ins/check-outs?

Yes. We can hold on to your luggage on the day of your check-in/check-out from 07:00am till 23:00pm.

Is there access in and out of the hotel 24 hours a day?

Yes. Although the main entrance and reception closes at 00:00am (midnight), we have a guest only night gate which can be used 24 hours a day.

Is smoking permitted?

Inside the hotel, the entire hotel is non-smoking. However there is a designated smoking area outside.

What are the facilities in the common area?

In the common area we have a coin laundry, fridge, microwave and a water dispenser.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes. We have Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Are there rental computers?

No. We do not rent out computers.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel ahead of arrival?

Yes. When doing so please send by pre-pay and write your booking name, arrival date and contact information.

Are the rooms cleaned daily during my stay?

Rooms will be cleaned upon request.

What kind of amenities do you offer?

We offer bath towels, face towels, pajamas, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap.

What kind of paid amenities do you offer?

At reception we offer amenities including toothbrushes, basic cosmetics and shaving sets.

Is there hotel parking?

There is no hotel parking. For parking please contact us and we will direct you to paid parking nearby.

Are there rental bikes?

Yes. We offer rental bikes starting from 3 hours. As numbers are limited we offer them on a first come first served basis.

Can I bring my pet?

No. We kindly ask you leave your pets at home.

About the cafe lounge

Is breakfast included?

Yes. All hotel guests have meals included in their accommodation plan. Breakfast is served between 07:00-11:00am in the cafe/lounge.
